The gas-containing filling machine adopts isobaric filling, the mouth of the bottle presses down on the feeding port of the filling valve to form a sealed environment.
After the bottle is vacuumed, the gas (CO2) in the liquid storage tank is flushed into the bottle. When the gas pressure in the bottle is equal to the gas pressure in the liquid storage tank, the filling valve is opened under the action of the spring.
At this time, the liquid is poured into bottle along the bottle wall through the umbrella-shaped pipe, and the CO2 in the glass bottle is replaced back into the liquid storage tank through the air return pipe.
When the bottle rises to a certain height and the return air pipe is closed, the filling will be stopped automatically. Finally, the filling valve and the air valve are closed, and the pressure gas at the neck of the bottle is discharged to prevent the gas-filled object from gushing when the glass bottle descends, thus completing the entire filling process.
