1.Working Principles
1.1 Variable Pitch Blow Molding Machine
- Material Feeding: Raw materials are injected into the machine’s screw via a controller.
- Plastic Homogenization and Melting: The screw rotates to gradually heat and homogenize the material, achieving uniform melting through heat transfer in designated zones.
- Air Injection: Once the preform reaches the optimal state, the machine activates air injection through the inlet. The pressurized air fills the cavity, shaping the preform into the desired bottle form.
- Molding and Ejection: After the bottle solidifies, the mold head releases, and the ejection mechanism pushes the finished bottle outward in reverse.
1.2 Standard Blow Molding Machine
- Preheating: High-temperature lamps heat and soften the body of the preform. The neck area remains unheated and is cooled using dedicated cooling devices to retain its shape.
